The City of Los Fresnos seems to have a parade for just about everything. However, there isn't a parade bigger than the Los Fresnos Rodeo Parade.

The parade will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, February 21, 2026, sharp.

Route: The Parade begins at East Second and Alamo streets, proceeds east on Second Street, turns north on Arroyo Boulevard, and ends at Memorial Park across from Los Fresnos High School.

Street Closures:

To ensure the safety of parade participants and attendees, the following street closures will be in effect:

2nd Street: Closed between N. Brazil Street and FM 1847/N. Arroyo Blvd.
FM 1847/N. Arroyo Blvd.: Closed from 2nd Street to just before Resaca Retreat Drive.

These closures will affect all intersecting roads along the parade route. These intersecting roads include, but may not be limited to:

N Alamo
W 2^nd
E 2^nd
W 1^st
E 1^st
Hibiscus
Canal
N Canal
FM 2480
W Resaca
E Resaca
Whipple

Residents and motorists are advised to plan travel accordingly and seek alternate routes during the parade. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in making this a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.
